I think of Vivien alot, I miss her presence during the awareness of her greatness during my lifetime. For it was in 1968, that , during a school trip in Roslyn Jr. High School, that I was priviledged to experience Gone With The Wind . I realied , at the conclusion of the film, (4 hours worth ! ) that sadly, tragically, Vivien Leigh was no longer alive.
53 is too young .. May she rest in peace … -

She was truly a wonderful person. I just wish that I could’ve had the honor of meeting her face to face. Our society really could use her talent and inspiration today. Hollywood really needs to shape it up!
